Around 45 students participated in a special program designed to promote health awareness and teach first aid skills through an interactive and enjoyable experience that enriched their knowledge and developed their abilities.
What did the children learn during the day?
• The concept of first aid and its importance
• Components of a first aid kit
• Emergency numbers and how to use them
• The correct way to wash hands and brush teeth
• How to handle medical emergencies such as:
– Bleeding
– Nosebleeds
– Choking
– Burns
– Heat exhaustion
They also engaged in practical training sessions that allowed them to apply what they learned by themselves.
